Hi! I started working with Salesforce in 2009 when I was working at an education organization in Oakland, California, USA and was tasked with getting our Salesforce implementation back on track. I’ve been working on an awesome variety of Salesforce projects ever since then! I’m fortunate enough to have 5 certifications (Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, and Nonprofit Consultant), be a Trailhead Ranger, and a Salesforce MVP.
